Listen, you may not understand what life coaching is and can do for you. That’s okay. After our initial conversation, you’ll have a better understanding of what a regular coacing session entails.
What a life coach does and doesn’t do
Please understand that I am NOT a mentor, a therapist or a consultant. I do not let you dwell in the past, I will not guide you by the hand and I will not solve your problems for you. I do believe that you have all the tools you need inside you to manifest change and make great decisions. A regular life coaching session is what I can provide for the non-bariatric patient. I specialize in making chaqnges, but can work with anyone on a wide variety of topics. Just talk to me and we’ll see what we can do together.
Basically, as your life coach, I am here to hold space for you and ask you questions, summarize what you say to give you more insight into your own thoughts and to help you figure out your next step. In a coaching session, we will have a conversation about you. I’m all about you, helping you, working with you, nurturing you, being there for you.
Scheduling regular life coaching sessions
We will schedule your sessions for a time that is convenient for both of us. I can meet you online on Zoom – it’s free for you – or do a phone call. I will email you a link five minutes prior to session for Zoom sessions and will call you exactly at our starting time on the phone. I am prompt and will respect your time. I ask you to respect mine.
Please note that I don’t want to turn someone away who needs my help and can work with you session by session if need be. I’m flexible and I do care. I want you to feel supported.
