I believe that small changes make a big impact. It’s one of my core beliefs. I did not lose 175 lbs over night. I changed a lot of habit to get to where I am today. I can walk you through your small changes. We will take one goal at a time, make sure it’s a SMART one (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic/Relevant and Timely).
An example of a good smart goal is: I plan to lose 15 lbs. within the next 3 months.
In this package, you will get:
- 12, one-hour sessions with me via phone, Zoom or in person (if you live in the Austin area). This is in addition to your free consultation call. (Must be completed within one calendar year.)
- Access to a private Facebook group called Fun, Fit & Fierce that provides inspiration, motivation and monthly weigh ins. (Those are optional.)
- Text access to me from 7am – 7pm CST Monday – Friday. I will answer you within an hour. Automatic enrollment in my Overcoming Emotional Eating Course.
- PRICE: $1,497 if paid in full. Payment options are available and will total $1,697.
