What do you want to get out of coaching? I want to know this before we decide to work together. I think you should also learn a few things about me. I provide a client-centered approach where I hold space for you and help you learn things about yourself that you may have always suspected but never voiced to another soul. I am not the only one who gets to ask questions. I am an open book  – ask away.

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental place for you to begin to live your best life. I am trained by Rhode Wellness College, credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ACC-2019 & 2022)  and I have a lot to offer you. For those who are looking for nutritional counseling, I am certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and believe in eating plans, not diets and bioindividuality vs. a one size all approach. I have specialty background in hormone health and emotional eating psychology.

I want to let you know that coaching is not counseling. I am not a professional or licensed therapist although I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as a mental health and wellness coach. I work in your present and help you bring about a more actualized future. Past situations may come up but we will quickly bring them into the present and give you the opportunity to work through the pitfalls and obstacles in your life to make lasting change. I am action-oriented, not process-oriented. We can talk through things but we will make action plans together. I walk with you – not in front of you or behind you. I provide support, accountability and a safe space and I need you to have an open mind and a willingness to do the work.

During our initial 60 minute consultation, you will not pay a dime. Be prepared to tell me what you need from me to succeed in this process. Together, we will decide if we can do this work together. I offer Zoom meetings via my professional account on a flexible schedule. I will do my best to make myself available to you. If we do decide to work together after our initial conversation, I will email you paperwork with my office policies and confidentiality agreement to be signed and returned in pdf format before our first paid session.
